Responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence across affiliate programs and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

- Lead end-to-end operational projects with explicit timelines and stakeholder alignment

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, delivery standards, and tracking/data integrity

- Manage workload distribution and act as an escalation point for complex issues

- Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, client services, and additional functions

- Partner with global stakeholders to align on priorities and execution

- Serve as a subject matter expert on affiliate platforms, tools,



and processes

- Identify and implement process improvements and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability

- Drive operational initiatives aligned to business goals and revenue opportunities

- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, documentation, and best practices

- Support capacity planning and ensure operational continuity

- Lead, coach, and develop multi-level teams, including technical specialists

- Drive performance management, engagement, and capability-building initiatives

- Enable cross-team collaboration and flexible resource utilization

Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital media or related roles

- Experience in client servicing (account management), campaign tracking and attribution, and client onboarding or technical integration is preferred
