- Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with architects, Civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.
- Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and site supervisors.
- Prepare and manage budgets for MEP components.
- Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Maintain detailed records of MEP designs, approvals, and progress reports.
- Present updates to Senior management and Clients.
- Compliance with standards ,Ensure that all Design, Installation,and Commissioning activates adhere to specifications National Building Codes (NBC) and Relevant standards.
- Monthly Management Systems (MIS)Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports to Monitor Project Progress and Performance.
- Coordination With Architects and MEP Consultants.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),Create SOP for MEP Systems.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical.
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in real estate.
