Your work profile

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance .NET Core applications
- Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Drive adoption of modern architectures including microservices and cloud-native solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle (requirement ➝ development ➝ deployment)
- Lead and mentor cross-functional full-stack teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align solutions with business goals
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in planning and execution
- Architect and oversee development using:

.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API React JS and modern frontend frameworks
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Establish and enforce code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes
- Lead cloud adoption and DevOps practices, including:

Kubernetes (KOB preferred), Docker,



container orchestration CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in cloud and hybrid environments
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of recent technologies
