Job Purpose

Design review and execution of Civil/Structure works in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring implementation with the highest safety & quality standards within specified timelines and cost.

Manager MEP (For Infra Works): Aerocity expansion works are being undertaken for Gateway and Downtown districts with 160 acres of development land. The Manager will coordinate with stakeholders for the optimization & standardization of MEP equipment design during project development, ensuring ease of maintenance. They will also participate in design workshops, review DPRs, and collaborate with design & projects teams to bring in the maintenance perspective.

Key Accountabilities

BD Support

- Support BD and Procurement teams in estimating budgetary costs for MEP Infra development works in Aerocity, Delhi.
- Assist compliance teams in obtaining regulatory and statutory approvals for firefighting, CTE, and electrical systems.

Design Management

- Ensure completion of designs by reviewing design concepts, DBRs, and BoQ checking of MEP items for Aerocity MEP infra development works.

Procurement Management

- Coordinate and assist procurement teams with technical and commercial inputs in tendering, bidder evaluation, and supplier finalization.

Construction Management

- Oversee site execution of MEP works for Aerocity expansion,



including electrification and cabling for common areas, upgrading substations, IT trunk cabling, tap-offs to various assets, water pipelines, sewer lines, irrigation lines, etc.
- Estimated project cost: ₹50-70 Cr (approved in AOP).

1. Timely approvals from Regulatory Authorities.
2. Zero non-compliance to statutory requirements, satisfying stakeholder needs.
3. Timely support to Procurement teams for contractor/supplier finalization.
4. Completion of projects within timelines while ensuring quality compliance, safety, health, and environmental standards.
5. Stakeholder satisfaction.

- Project stakeholders to understand requirements and educate them on system specifics.
- Consultants, suppliers, and contractors for smooth execution of projects.

- Coordination with departments to ensure effective execution of work.

- Senior management interaction for project updates and reporting.

Financial Dimensions

- Responsible for handling CAPEX works of ₹50-70 Cr per year or more.

Education Qualifications

- Graduate: Preferably in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Relevant Experience

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP works.
