-Good knowledge in establishing Preventive Maintenance system for the manufacturing set up.

- Knowledge in establishing TPM with suitable KPI’s like MTTR, MTBF etc.
- Sound knowledge of PLC based machine, Robotic and

Cobots trouble shooting.

- Must be well versed with the handling utility infrastructure along with meeting the statutory requirement.
- Sound in planning, executing the infrastructural projects for the manufacturing set up.

-Should be a Team Leader with skill to groom/Develop members working with him.

- Positive knowledge of integrating the PLC based machine with operational software of the plant and inclination to the smart factory approach.
- Experience in making Departmental budget & manage spare parts inventory & monitor Daily expenditure.

-Sound knowledge in trouble shooting the mechanical/electrical issue of the SPM’s and assembly line.

Salary Range : 10 to 13 lakhs
