Responsibilities

Duties &Responsibilities;

Responsible for inbound and outbound delivery efficiency including return of Optimize operational efficiency to fully meet customer's requirement and achieving KPI set.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels.

Collaborate with leadership to align logistics with business objectives.

Ensure all material movement procedures are properly documented and understood by all Team Members.

Monitor and ensure the integrity of sensitive goods during transit.

Establish and manage relationships with logistics service providers and Negotiate contracts ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining service standards.

Oversee adherence to local and international shipping regulations, including handling hazardous materials, customs clearance, and certifications.

Document and support all ISO,



9001 initiatives and quality process.

Encourage Team Members' input and thought process toward improved customer service.

Define and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and logistics cost optimization.

Reduction in lead times and logistics costs.

High inventory accuracy and fulfilment rates.

Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Ensure quality of staff and equipment image in working environment.

Perform Order processing/Shipping Instruction making

Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents to bank and data entry

Perform on going logistical support and work closely with all functional departments to ensure optimization flow of product flow through end customers.

Backorder management & allocation.

Completeness of order - management of information / Proof of delivery

Handling customer's complaint and lead to provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Job requirements

Qualification: Master’s in logistics management with 15 to 18 years of experience with at-least 5 years in leadership role.

Knowledge & Skills

- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, WMS, or TMS systems) and MS office
- Strong grasp of supply chain analytics and optimization techniques.
- Resource management skills (both human & equipment) Planning, organizing and delegation
- Valuable knowledge in Windows server 2003/2008,file/print/network services, Active Directory, Domain Policy and windows security hardening.
- Good knowledge in Cisco ASA firewall, Cisco router, switch and networking.
- Experience in managing MS Exchange.
