We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to join our team and be a part of renowned Genus Group to work with Greenwings Cutting-edge Finance Private Limited.
Position Title: Manager Law.
Employment Type: Full/Part time.
Location: Jaipur.
Responsibilities
- Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Handle NIA and arbitration cases, experience in recovery and legal processes dealing in fraud cases.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements, contracts, and documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Assist in managing legal documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputed institute.
- Proven minimum experience of 5 years, including about 3 years of working in a legal department of an NBFC.
- Sound knowledge of NBFC regulations and other relevant legal frameworks.
