About the Role We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused leader to oversee Nearsite's global temporary housing programmes. You'll drive operational excellence, enhance customer and supplier experiences, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Supplier Partnerships to scale our platform and services globally.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end enterprise temporary housing programmes from onboarding to delivery.

Drive operational excellence, governance, and process standardisation across global markets.

Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic housing suppliers.

Monitor programme performance, customer satisfaction, supplier quality, and operational KPIs.

Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities, AI-driven automation, and customer workflows.





Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation, cost savings, and service improvements.

Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field.

6–12 years of experience in global mobility, temporary housing, hospitality, travel management, enterprise SaaS, or programme management.

Proven experience managing enterprise customer programmes and cross-functional teams.

Solid operational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM, project management, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflow automation is highly desirable.
