Role: Manager Global Finance & International Compliance Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 3–7 years Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA with 3-7 years of experience with solid exposure to financial reporting and Ind AS, along with working knowledge of international taxation and cross-border compliance to support the company’s expansion into new geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support financial reporting and preparation of financial statements in line with Ind AS.
- Assist in international tax and regulatory compliance for current market entry.
- Work on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing basics, and tax structuring support.
- Coordinate with external consultants and advisors for overseas compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory requirements for recent geographies including tax registrations and filings.
- Support audit processes and documentation related to international operations. Preferred Profile:
- Exposure to financial reporting, Ind AS, and statutory audits.
- Basic understanding of international taxation / FEMA / cross-border compliance preferred.
- Experience in Big4 or consulting firms will be an added advantage.
