About the Role We're hiring a Manager - Growth & Partnerships to own two connected charges: building strategic partnerships that unlock distribution, and running growth loops that turn that distribution into activated, retained users. You'll work directly with founders/leadership, moving fast between partner conversations and hands-on growth experiments.

What You'll Do

- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships (banks, NBFCs, fintech platforms, aggregators, or other distribution channels) that expand Signalz's reach
- Own partner relationships end-to-end — from first conversation through commercial terms, integration coordination, and ongoing account management
- Design and run growth loops across acquisition, activation, and retention (referral programs, partner co-marketing, lifecycle campaigns, in-product growth mechanics)




- Set up tracking and reporting to measure partnership ROI and growth loop performance; use data to double down on what works
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to translate partnership opportunities into growth outcomes
- Stay on top of the fintech partnership landscape — regulatory shifts, competitor moves, and emerging channels

What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally in fintech, banking, or a regulated industry
- Track record of sourcing and closing partnership deals, and of running measurable growth experiments
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional charges with minimal hand-holding
- Strong communicator — you can pitch a partner and also write a crisp internal update
- Analytical enough to set up funnels/dashboards and draw conclusions from data
- Bonus: existing network in Indian fintech/BFSI ecosystem
