This is not a conventional Business Analyst role. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives—ranging from business strategy and market expansion to operational excellence, new ventures, fundraising support, and strategic partnerships. Every week will be different.

One day you could be building a market-entry strategy, the next evaluating a new business chance, designing management dashboards, improving supply chain efficiency, or working on an investment proposal. If you enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and solving problems from first principles, you'll thrive here. ## Key Responsibilities ### Strategy & Business Planning Support the founders in evaluating new business opportunities, products, and markets.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and commercial due diligence.

Develop business cases, financial models, GTM strategies, and strategic presentations.

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution. ### Business Analytics Build business dashboards and MIS to monitor key business metrics.

Analyze sales, operations, inventory, customer,



and financial data to generate actionable insights.

Identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Develop KPI frameworks and performance reporting across business functions. ### Founder's Office Drive high-impact projects across sales, operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, and technology.

Coordinate execution across teams and ensure strategic initiatives stay on track.

Prepare presentations for leadership, investors, partners, and board discussions.

Work closely with external stakeholders including manufacturers, investors, consultants, and technology partners. ### Process Excellence Improve business processes through automation, analytics, and structured problem-solving.

Design scalable systems and operating frameworks to support rapid business growth. --- ## What We're Looking For MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

Minimum 3 years of post-MBA experience in Consulting, Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Analytics, Corporate Strategy, or Business Excellence.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar analytics tools.

Ability to simplify complex business problems into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and execution mindset.

Experience in consulting firms, high-growth startups, renewable energy, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or technology companies will be preferred. --- ## Why Join Solar Hub?
