Description

We are looking for a Manager - Financial Planning with 9-13 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts, to support the organization's strategic goals.
- Analyze financial data and performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for action.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information, develop financial models, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis services.




- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and other initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 9-13 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of financial professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
