- Lead and monitor finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial projects.

- Execute flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and architectural finishes.

- Manage sample flats, snag rectification, flat possession, and project handover.

- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, and Facility Management teams.

- Supervise contractors, labour, material planning, and verify contractor/labour bills.

- Ensure quality standards, timely project execution, and commissioning milestones.

- Maintain progress reports, inspections, and project documentation.
