Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Fulfillment Center (FC) to ensure effective inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in FC Operations.
- Strong understanding of Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
