Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Purpose To lead and grow the Accessories business Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce business by driving online sales, enhancing customer experience, optimizing digital marketing performance, and ensuring effective management of the e-commerce platform, product catalog, pricing, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive the performance of the Accessories’ business e-commerce platform (D2C).

Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.

Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media channels.

Oversee online product listings, content management, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximize sales.

Monitor customer journeys and implement improvements to enhance user experience and online conversion.

Analyze e-commerce KPIs, campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, supply chain, customer support, and technology for seamless platform operations.

Drive A/B testing, personalization, and performance optimization initiatives.

Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and platform vendors.

Ensure accurate reporting of business performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.

Experience

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.

MBA preferred.

Experience





5-7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, D2C business management, or digital commerce roles.

Experience managing Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Proven track record of driving online sales growth and digital marketing initiatives.
