? Experience: Minimum 2 years Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations.

Supervise labour and maintain workforce productivity.

Ensure smooth production and achieve daily targets.

Monitor raw material availability and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

Maintain production and inventory records.

Ensure product quality and workplace safety.

Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Basic English communication skills.

Robust multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
