Position Summary : Lead high-impact AI and Data Science consulting engagements, deliver creative analytics solutions, build high-performing teams, and partner with clients to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science engagements from discovery to deployment.
- Design and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Build and deploy customized AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and execute the AI & Analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build predictive models using structured and unstructured data.
- Manage multiple engagements ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, lead, and retain high-performing teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Solution Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Drive hiring and capability development.
- Build reusable AI accelerators and Proofs of Concept(PoCs)
- Partner with sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities.

- Expertise in managing full project management life cycle.

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution
- Analyze and interpret data and communicate insights to clients using mathematical, statistical, and analytical techniques.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to analytics solution design and support delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Passionate about applying AI/ML to solve diverse real-world problems.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA, M. Tech, MS, MCA, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 7- 12 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and/or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domains.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistics, probability, and algorithms
- Experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
- Proven leadership experience managing data science or AI teams
