This role requires subject matter expertise in one or more domains such as Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), Air Cargo, Special Cargo, Passenger Services etc. The person will be accountable for imparting DGR trainings, business development, achieving revenue targets, ensuring client interaction, market insights and outreach.

Deliver DGR and other trainings as per the published schedule.

Ensure DGR and other trainings being delivered are best in class and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Update DGR and other training material periodically.

Design, develop and deliver current training programs.

Retention of existing clients

Current business from existing clients

Participants feedback (formal as well as informal and word of mouth publicity). Maintenance of training documents

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate degree or Post Graduation
- DGR CAT 6 Certificates or certification in all functions
- DGR Instructor certification

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- At least 10 years of aviation experience with at least 3 years in training delivery and 5 years DG Cargo experience.
- Ability to conduct all categories of DGR training.
- Should be well-versed with two or more of the following subjects Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), IATA Cargo Introductory Course, Perishable Cargo Regulations, Live Animals Regulations, Unit Load Device Regulations, Temperature Controlled Cargo Regulations, Pharmaceutical Handling, Import/Export formalities, Airline Passenger Services, Customer Service, Ramp Operations, Ramp Safety, Passenger Services and Departure Control Systems, Safety Management System (SMS) training etc.
- High level of subject matter expertise
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks like training delivery; preparing and updating question papers, training material, power-point presentations; BD activities etc.
