Managing the complete department and team of engineers.

Studying the Tender documents & Preparation of Pre-Tender clarifications to Clients.

To review tender documentation and identify the key elements of the proposal in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Attending Pre-Tender Meeting / Site Visit with Client / Consultant Representatives.

Preparation of MTO according to scope of work and drawings.

Sending enquiries to suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors, Reviewing the Techno-Commercial offers and negotiation with suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors.

Preparation of comparative statement for suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors offers.

Preparation of Detailed Price (Direct Cost) Analysis [with breakdown of Manpower, Equipment, Material,



Subcontractor & Others] for each & every BOQ Item according to Scope of work.

Preparation of total In-Direct Cost for the Tender according to Scope of work.

Preparation of Tender Technical & Commercial proposal to clients.

Preparation of responses to Post Bid Clarification from clients.

Preparation of Tender Stage Budget for the Awarded Tenders.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in Contracting companies.

Specialized in construction activities.

Field Erection works, Storage Tank, Piping, Structural Steel, Shutdown/Turnaround Maintenance in Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power, Water, Steel, Aluminium, Cement.
