nCFO Services

- Manage day-to-dayaccounting operations for clients and internal entities
N
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for clients
N
- Handle Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
N
- Oversee and manage client banking operations and reconciliations
N
- Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS regulations
N
- Manage employee-relatedcompliances including PT, PF, and ESIC
N
- Coordinate with clientsthrough regular weekly/monthly meetings
N
- Support in finalizationof accounts and audit processes
N
- Assist in business development initiatives via LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital marketing tools
N
- Conduct preliminary discussions with prospective clients to understand requirements and ensure effective follow-ups
N

nFinancial Advisory

N

n
- Develop integrated financial models for business planning, fundraising, and strategic decision-making.
N
- Prepare DCF, ComparableCompany Analysis, Transaction Multiples,



and other valuation methodologies.
N
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis.
N
- Assist in preparing investment teasers, pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor presentations.
N
- Assist to Conduct due diligence.
N
- Support preparation of transaction documents and management presentations.
N

nQualification & Experience

N

n
- Inter CA (IPCC/CAIntermediate) qualified.
N
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
N

nRequired Skills

- Robust understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

- Financial modelling andvaluation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
