1. Develop and manage financial plans in collaboration with business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Review and analyze the variance between financial plans and actuals, providing actionable insights for improvements.
3. Track and measure key financial and business metrics to support decision-making.
4. Lead scenario analysis and develop business plans for product enhancements or recent business initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and drive operational performance.
2. Jointly own the OKRs of respective business units, ensuring the achievement of annual operating plans (AOP).
3. Manage month-end closing procedures and complete reviews to ensure accuracy.
4. Drive process efficiency through standardization and automation projects.
