We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the growth and operations of our Domestic Staffing business. This is a strategic leadership role that combines business development, client relationship management, operational excellence, and team leadership to accelerate our expansion across Permanent and Contract Staffing.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Domestic IT Staffing market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, and other workforce solutions.
- Generate qualified sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and strategic prospecting.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Client Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Partner with Delivery, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.





Operations & Team Leadership

- Oversee end-to-end staffing operations, including delivery, onboarding, compliance, and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Team Leadership

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

What We're Looking For

Education

- Bachelor's Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Domestic Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions.
- Proven success in Business Development and operations within the Domestic IT Staffing industry.
- Strong experience with Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Recruitment Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing enterprise and mid-market client relationships.
