Job Purpose:

- Leading the test engineer to carry out the testing activities as per time line
- To be a part of CFT in new product development activities.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Hands on experience of electrical and electronics component testing on test setup as per DVP & test requirement.
- Knowledge of test standards like JIS, ISO, IEC & customer specific test standard.
- Interaction with customer/consultant.
- Experience in coordination with test agencies like ARAI or SGS
- Manage daily test plan.
- Work assignment to test engineers.
- Reviewing of test data.
- Ensuring equipment calibration.
- Identification of new testing equipment/fixture.
- Interaction with suppliers for fixture/equipment.
- Preparation of budget and time line.
- Coordination of PR/PO activities.
- Commissioning of test rigs.




- Signing of APQP/QG document.
- Prepare necessary documents and presentations for audits and regular reviews.
- Participation in failure/warranty analysis.
- Maintain 5s activities in defined zones.

Nature Of Experience

- Fully conversant with DVP tests.
- Hands on working setup on test rigs.
- Conversant with reqd. Related Standards.
- Valuable know how about instrumentation software like NI-LabVIEW, PLC, HMI etc.
- Well versed with Performance curves and, data graphical representation of real time data.
- Fixture design & concept development
- Auto CAD /Creo will be added advantage.

Total Experience 10+ yrs. BE / B-Tech - Electronics

12+ yrs. DME.

Work Location : Chakan

Working days : 5 days from office ( Monday to Friday)
