Hiring | Manager – Accounts & Finance (Construction Projects)

Location: Delhi/NCR (Project Site)

Industry: Construction (Hospitals / Hotels / Schools)

Qualification: CA Intermediate (Mandatory)

Total Experience: 4–5 years ( with min 2 years in hospital/hotel construction projects)

Preference: Male Candidates Only

Travel: Open to traveling across India as required

Reporting To: Group CFO

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance skilled to manage project finance operations for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project accounts, budgeting, cost control & MIS reporting
- Monitor project expenses, contractor/vendor bills & financial compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, audits & statutory requirements




- Prepare financial reports and support the Group CFO in decision-making
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants & auditors

Requirements:

- CA Intermediate mandatory
- 4–5 years with recent exposure to hospital/hotel construction projects
- Strong experience in construction/project accounting
- Recent experience in hospital, hotel, or school construction projects preferred
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, ERP & MS Excel
- Willingness to travel across India
