Bambélis is looking for motivated graduates to join our team as Management Interns. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship designed for individuals looking to build practical experience in a growing consumer brand. Based on your skills, interests, and business requirements, you will be assigned to one of the following functions:

General Management (Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory & Business Operations)

Marketing (Brand, Digital Marketing, Content & Growth) Throughout the internship, you will work closely with experienced team members, contribute to business initiatives, and gain exposure to cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned function, responsibilities may include:

Supporting day-to-day business and operational activities.

Assisting with inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics.

Supporting marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and content execution.





Preparing reports and analysing business data using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives. Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
