Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) About The Role What if your years of teaching leadership and organizational behavior could help shape how AI understands the way businesses actually work? We're looking for experienced management instructors to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on leadership, decision-making, and organizational dynamics. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism

Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design

Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs

Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoning





Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

Deep understanding of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership principles

Strong ability to evaluate decision-making quality and articulate tradeoffs clearly

Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and recommendations

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently Nice to Have MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field

Real-world industry experience in leadership or operations roles
