Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Executive role based in Jalandhar.

The Management

Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams, and support strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring key business metrics, preparing and analyzing reports for senior leadership, and ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and quality management systems. The role will involve managing cross-functional communication, supporting international customer and distributor relationships, and assisting in planning and execution of business development and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong management, leadership, and team coordination skills to effectively oversee operations and support cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should possess business analysis, reporting, and planning skills, including the ability to work with data, track performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making.

Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in automotive or tire production, along with familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement.

Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and international customers.

Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in a management, operations, or executive role within manufacturing or export-oriented industries is preferred.

Comfort with using productivity and ERP tools, and openness to learning recent systems and technologies to support continuous improvement.
