Role Description The College Faculty role at Brainoera is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The faculty member will deliver classroom and laboratory instruction, design and update course materials, and ensure alignment with academic standards and institutional guidelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, facilitating discussions, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves mentoring and advising students, maintaining accurate academic records, collaborating with other faculty and academic coordinators,



and participating in curriculum development initiatives. Faculty may contribute to academic events, workshops, and industry-linked programs that support Brainoera’s focus on practical, workforce-ready education.

Qualifications

Solid subject-matter expertise in the relevant discipline, with the ability to connect theoretical concepts to practical, industry-oriented applications.

Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a college or vocational setting, with effective classroom management and learner engagement skills.

Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.

Competence in basic educational technology and productivity tools (e.g., LMS platforms, presentation software, online collaboration tools).

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant academic field from an accredited institution; doctoral qualifications are an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a consistent approach to lesson planning, grading, and record-keeping.
