You will work on the projects that decide how a global business operates, with a direct line to the leaders making the calls. Role Overview
As a Management Consultant, you will own discrete workstreams on transformation and strategy projects, turning analysis into recommendations and helping leadership move from decision to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Problem-Solving
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams
- Run analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews
- Build the case for change and a practical recommendation
Execution & Stakeholders
- Drive project plans, milestones,
and cross-functional alignment
- Prepare executive-ready decks and decision materials
- Support rollout, adoption, and measurement of outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation
- Solid structured thinking and quantitative analysis
- Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a consulting firm or in-house strategy function
- An MBA from a recognised programme
- Exposure to operating-model or process-transformation work
