We’re Hiring: Mall Manager – Krishna Curve, Linking Road, Mumbai Location: Krishna Curve, Linking Road, Mumbai Krishna Curve, one of Mumbai’s premier lifestyle and retail destinations, is looking for a energetic and experienced Mall Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, leasing coordination, and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing retail tenants and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, and day-to-day tenant coordination.

Drive mall marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and brand positioning to increase footfall.

Coordinate with leasing teams on LOIs, Term Sheets, and Lease Agreements.

Monitor and ensure timely completion of tenant fit-outs as per approved timelines and mall guidelines.

Negotiate with vendors and service partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Supervise mall operations, maintenance, and overall customer experience.





Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities for approvals, compliance, and operational matters.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

Desired

Profile 8–15 years of experience in mall management, retail real estate, or commercial property management.

Strong understanding of retail leasing documentation, including LOIs, Term Sheets, and Lease Agreements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience in tenant fit-out coordination and project execution.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of mall operations, retail marketing, and government liaisoning.
