- Make sure that all the machines are performing at optimum level as per machine's target capacity (no loss due to machine condition).
- To prepare preventive/ predictive maintenance plan and execute to reduce/ eliminate breakdown of all the machines and related equipment.
- Ensure optimum stock of critical spare parts/ consumables and maintain the stock level.
REPORTING TO: Production Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Circulate and follow the daily preventive maintenance checklist.
- Support Predictive maintenance activity.
- Input for machine break down analysis.
- Repairing of machines whenever break down occurs as per information received from Maintenance in charge.
- Conducting regular maintenance activity.
- Prepare of service and machine installation report.
- Maintain and Update history card of machine.
- Provide Work Instruction for Machine Operating and Cleanliness.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1. Graduate or Diploma.
2. Minimum 5 years as Maintenance In charge in Manufacturing sector
