Post : Maintenance Officer

Location : Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate

Experience : 3 years

Salary : 25K

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Weekly Off : Friday

Job Profile

- Lead the daily shift maintenance team (technicians, electricians, and fitters) to ensure maximum machine availability.
- Execute the planned preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and log all service reports.
- Respond immediately to emergency breakdowns on the production line, minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and perform root-cause analysis.
- Oversee utility equipment including DG sets, air compressors, chillers, and water systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operation.
- Maintain the spare parts inventory and coordinate with local vendors in Taloja/Navi Mumbai for quick fabrication or part sourcing.
- Enforce strict Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work safety systems during all engineering works.





Key Skills & Requirements

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Robust background in machinery troubleshooting, PM scheduling, and MTTR reduction.
- Utilities Operation: Hands-on knowledge of DG sets, air compressors, chillers, and water treatment plants.
- Safety & Compliance: Expertise in LOTO practices and permit-to-work engineering protocols.
- Vendor & Spare Parts Management: Ability to source spare parts locally and handle equipment fabrication requirements.
