Role & responsibilities

- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of WTP/WWTP equipment.

- Maintain pumps, blowers, motors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, chemical dosing systems, and filtration units.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.

- Plan and execute maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and annual overhauls.

- Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and allocate daily work.

- Ensure calibration and maintenance , flow meters, level transmitters, pH, DO, and pressure instruments.

- Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and plant availability.

- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PTW, LOTO, HIRA, and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with operations, clients for uninterrupted plant performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and MIS.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and improve operational efficiency
