Company Description Appletree Building Maintenance Private Limited is a Haryana-based company incorporated in 2005, specializing in complete building maintenance solutions across India. The company focuses on delivering value-for-money services and products to its customers. Appletree designs, manufactures, and supplies a wide range of suspended access equipment, including Building Maintenance Units (BMU), aerial work platforms, JIB and davit systems, and monorail systems.

These solutions are widely used for façade cleaning, construction support, ACP and glass replacement, and elevator installation and maintenance, serving diverse commercial and residential projects.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Maintenance

Executive will oversee day-to-day building maintenance activities, including routine inspections of façade access systems and suspended access equipment, identifying issues, and coordinating timely repairs.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures. The role involves liaising with technicians, vendors, and clients, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting installation and commissioning activities for access equipment.





The Maintenance

Executive will also assist in optimizing maintenance workflows to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and mechanical or electrical systems related to façade access and suspended access equipment.

Ability to perform inspections, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities.

Understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and safe work practices for working at heights and with access equipment.

Proficiency in maintaining maintenance logs, service reports, and basic documentation using digital tools or MS Office.

Effective communication and coordination skills for working with technicians, vendors, and clients, with a focus on customer service.

Experience in building maintenance, construction, or related technical fields; prior experience with BMU or access systems is an advantage.

Diploma or degree in engineering, technical trades, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in maintenance or safety are beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Gurugram, adapt to field conditions, and manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
