Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in CNC machine maintenance and overall plant equipment reliability. The candidate should be a proven professional capable of handling complete maintenance operations, leading a maintenance team, and ensuring minimum downtime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- CNC Machine Maintenance Expertise: Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting

of CNC machines including spindle systems, servo motors, drives, controllers, and automation systems.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for CNC and production

machinery.
- Analyze recurring failures and implement root cause corrective actions to improve machine

uptime.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Maintain compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, rotating

equipment, lubrication systems,



and alignment activities.
- Electrical Maintenance: Handle electrical panels, MCC panels, PLC systems, drives, sensors,

and control circuits.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Maintain hydraulic power packs, cylinders, valves, piping

systems, and pneumatic equipment.
- Team Handling & Leadership: Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and engineers;

allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure skill development of team members.
- Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate closely with production for planned shutdowns.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage vendor coordination.
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects for recent machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM practices, and 5S implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment
