- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator systems.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore elevator functionality within SLA time (2hr).
- Check and maintain safety devices, door mechanisms, and control panels.
- Update job cards and maintenance reports after each site visit.
- Identify and requisition spare parts required for repairs.
- Guide and support service technician trainees during field visits.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and lift act requirements at all sites.
- Report critical maintenance issues to senior engineer or coordinator.
