Key Responsibilities:

Magento Development: Hands-on experience in core Magento development, including custom module creation and performance optimization.

Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, JS, CSS, and jQuery for end-to-end development.

Solution & Data Modeling: Experience in data modeling and solution design is highly preferred.

Project Execution & Client Interaction:

- Work directly with US-based clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage mission-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- Team Leadership:

Required Skills & Experience:

3-12 years of hands-on experience in Magento development

Strong understanding of data modeling and solution design

Experience in client interaction, particularly with US customers

Excellent team leadership, project management, and mentoring skills

Robust communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
