Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various machines such as Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinder, CNC, and other precision machining equipment.
- Manufacture tooling parts, jigs, fixtures, and components as per engineering drawing specifications.
- Read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, GD&T;, and dimensional tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machining requirements.
- Perform routine inspections using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Ensure components meet required quality standards and dimensions through proper measurement and verification.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and operational checks.
- Identify machining issues, troubleshoot abnormalities, and take corrective actions to maintain productivity and precision.
- Maintain secure working practices and ensure compliance with shop floor safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet delivery schedules and resolve machining challenges.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and machine settings for future reference.
