The Role

We're hiring a Long-Form YouTube Video Editor to work on-site at our Noida Sector 116 office. You'll edit our long-format educational videos end-to-end — from raw footage to publish-ready — with a focus on pacing, retention, and clean visual consistency.

Responsibilities

Edit long-form videos from raw footage to final cut

Refine pacing and structure for watch time and retention

Add graphics, text overlays, and motion elements

Sync audio, clean up cuts, keep episodes visually consistent

Collaborate on-site with the content team

Requirements





Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Expertise in any one)

Strong sense of pacing for long-form content

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple videos

Willing to work in office at Noida Sector 116

Portfolio/showreel required (applications without one won't be considered)

Preferred

Prior experience editing YouTube or educational content

Compensation

₹25,000–30,000 / month · Full-time, on-site (Noida Sector 116)
