We are seeking a logistics professional to manage drayage operations, coordinate with providers, maintain rate quotes, manage shipping documentation and notifications, and support our transportation management system. Key Responsibilities:
Tasks
Manage and request drayage rate quotes.
Update and maintain shipment records and provider details.
Coordinate shipment entry and tracking in logistics software.
Handle arrival notifications and distribute relevant documentation.
Facilitate the distribution of pickup numbers and update system records. Qualifications:
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
Proficiency with transportation management systems is a plus.
Strong coordination and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace are also necessary.
