Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Rajpura. This role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring the movement of vehicles and equipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
The Logistics
Coordinator will manage route planning and drivers allocated to the projecf. Daily responsibilities include communicating with internal teams and customers, resolving logistics-related issues, and updating documentation and reports. The role also requires close collaboration with warehouse staff and field teams to support telecom active and passive infrastructure projects and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track shipments, optimize routes, and resolve logistical challenges.
- Work Experience of 3 years or more.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Candidates should possess Fleet management/Driver coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management knowledge to support route planning and efficient fleet utilisation.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajpura (PB) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics-related software for reporting and tracking.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or telecom infrastructure coordination is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
