Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role focuses on managing end-to-end coordination between shippers, fleet suppliers, and drivers, ensuring timely dispatch, transit, and delivery of loads. Daily responsibilities include monitoring shipments, updating status in internal systems, and proactively communicating with stakeholders to resolve delays, exceptions, or operational issues.

Coordinator will verify documentation, support load matching and route planning, and help maintain pricing and capacity information on the platform.



The role also involves collaborating with the customer support and operations teams to improve service quality, uphold compliance standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong logistics and operations coordination skills, including shipment tracking, route planning support, and load scheduling.

Candidates should possess solid communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with shippers, fleet suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess data entry and basic analytical skills to manage documentation, update systems accurately, and interpret operational reports.

Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, handle exceptions, and maintain high levels of reliability and service quality.

Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations within a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

Working knowledge of logistics or transport management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications is beneficial.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if there is robust relevant experience.

Ability to work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area, including occasional extended hours when needed to meet operational demands.
