We're Hiring: Logistics & Operations Manager

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Prorich Agro Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics & Operations Manager to oversee transportation, dispatch planning, and day-to-day operational activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong logistics expertise, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics, dispatch, and transportation operations.

Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.

Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing freight and operational costs.

Monitor vehicle movement and dispatch schedules.

Handle documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking.

Resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Maintain operational MIS reports and implement process improvements.

Work closely with the Sales, Purchase, and Accounts teams for seamless order execution.

Candidate Profile:





3–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.

Experience in cattle feed, agriculture, commodities, FMCG, or bulk trading will be preferred.

Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of freight management, dispatch planning, and transporter coordination.

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/software used for logistics operations.
