About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate – Logistics with 1–3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing 3PL partners, coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Candidates who have handled logistics operations for multiple clients or brands in a 3PL environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations with 3PL warehouse and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery while maintaining agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory movement and stock availability.
- Track shipments, identify delivery delays, and work with logistics partners to resolve issues.
- Monitor logistics KPIs such as dispatch timelines, delivery performance, returns, and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve shipment-related escalations.
- Work closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Finance,



and Customer Experience.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of logistics reports, inventory movements, and partner invoices.
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational trackers for daily logistics activities.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners is mandatory.
- Experience working in a 3PL company handling multiple clients or logistics operations for multiple brands is preferred.
- Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or retail logistics will be an advantage.
