About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Loans Subsidies Coordinator to manage and accelerate all loan processing, government subsidy applications, and financial approvals related to hydroponic farming projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banks, NABARD schemes, agriculture departments, and subsidy-related documentation. The candidate will act as the bridge between the company, financial institutions, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth fund disbursement.

What Youll Do

- Handle end-to-end agricultural loan applications for hydroponic and protected farming projects

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for sanction and disbursement

- Prepare and submit DPRs, financial statements, projections, and required banking documents

- Follow up regularly with bank officials to reduce approval delays

- Track loan status, documentation, and compliance requirements

- Identify eligible government subsidy schemes for hydroponics, polyhouse, protected cultivation, and agri infrastructure

- Coordinate with horticulture departments, NABARD consultants, and subsidy authorities

- Prepare and submit subsidy applications with complete documentation

- Ensure timely inspection, verification, and release of subsidy amounts





- Maintain records of subsidy approvals and pending applications

- Ensure compliance with government norms and banking requirements

- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank managers, NABARD officials, horticulture department officers, CA firms, and government subsidy agencies

- Visit government offices and banks whenever required

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Agriculture, Commerce, MBA Finance, or related field

- 2 5 years of experience in agricultural loans, government subsidies, banking coordination, or NABARD / horticulture schemes

- Good understanding of DPR preparation and financial documentation

- Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Knowledge of the hydroponics / agriculture sector preferred

Nice to Have

- Experience handling subsidy schemes under NABARD or state horticulture departments

- Strong existing network with bank officials and government departments

- Ability to speed up approvals and resolve documentation bottlenecks

- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
