Supervise and monitor loading unloading operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Plan and allocate manpower efficiently for daily operations ensuring minimal idle time and maximum productivity Verify the condition quantity and type of goods materials being loaded or unloaded against documentation Coordinate with warehouse logistics and transport teams to avoid delays and ensure smooth material flow Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods including weighbridge slips gate passes challans and delivery notes Ensure proper stacking securing and handling of goods to prevent damage during loading unloading Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with workers before operations Monitor equipment such as forklifts cranes and pallet jacks to ensure they are in safe working condition Report any discrepancies damages or delays to management immediately Train and guide loaders helpers and other support staff on safe and efficient practices Enforce compliance with company policies statutory regulations and client-specific requirements at all times Job Type Full time Pay 9 375 71 - 50 222 86 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Load unload 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
