Role Description The LMS and Keka Implementation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and Keka HR/Payroll platform to support training, performance management, and HR operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, mapping processes, setting up workflows, and testing system functionalities. The role also entails coordinating data migration, creating user guides, conducting employee training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and high user satisfaction.



Collaboration with HR, operations, and management teams is essential to align system capabilities with business goals and compliance needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand business processes, interpret data, and optimize LMS and Keka configurations.
- Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, including system setup, configuration, testing, and data migration.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to train users, address queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring systems are user-friendly, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with LMS platforms, Keka or similar HR systems, and basic understanding of HR and training workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to document processes clearly, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
