We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in email or live Chat (customer support) within a financial services background/BFSI with Valuable English communication skills.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.
- 1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process - Banking Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
- 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
- Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
- Salary: Up to 5 LPA
- Job Location: Perungalathur, Shriram Gate Way. (Within Boundary Limits)
- 2-way Cab will be provided.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within ,August 2026).
Additional Details:
- Familiarity with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) is added advantage.
- Experience in UK financial services will be an added advantage
