Role Description The LinkedIn Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for expanding and optimizing clients’ presence and performance on LinkedIn. This role involves planning and executing LinkedIn growth strategies, including profile optimization, audience targeting, and connection-building to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will manage daily content activities such as drafting posts, coordinating design assets, scheduling updates, and monitoring comments and messages.

They will analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve reach and conversion.



The role also includes collaborating with sales, marketing, and project teams, conducting outreach to potential clients or partners, and testing new growth-hacking techniques to drive sustainable LinkedIn channel growth. What you'll do:

- Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and sales
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers
- Research target industries, companies, and prospects
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and personalized messaging
- Generate qualified leads through organic LinkedIn networking
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Build relationships with potential clients and create business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients
- Track outreach, leads, meetings, and conversions
