nPosition: Line Leader - Production

NResponsibilities

- Manage daily production line activities and achieve production targets as per planning.
N
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
N
- Maintain production records, reports, rejection formats, and documentation.
N
- Update and manage production data using MS Excel.
N
- Ensure smooth shop-floor management and adherence to quality standards.
N
- Maintain and sustain 6Spractices across the production area.
N
- Support and drive Lean Manufacturing activities.
N
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
N
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and rejection levels.
N




- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
N

nRequired Skills:

N

n
- Experience in electronics assembly and testing processes.
N
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, THT assembly, SMD process and production operations.
N
- Basic soldering knowledge and hands-on production experience.
N
- Experience in Wave Soldering Machine operation and maintenance.
N
- Awareness of basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
N
- Positive knowledge of production planning and execution.
N
- Strong leadership, manpower management, and communication skills.
N

nQualifications:

NITI/Diploma (Electrician/Fitter/ Mechanical) with 3 to 6 years of experience in production & shop floor management.

NSalary/Compensation:

N20K to 30k/ month with other benefits
